WESTERN AUSTRALIAN BRANCH

Members of the Kawasaki Z Owners Club are enthusiasts of the much loved classic z 900 / z 1000 series which since its release, became very popular with Australians and very quickly became "Bike of the Year" .The Kawasaki Z Owners Club has branches all over the world from America to England to Norway . The Kawasaki Z Owners Club started in Australia in 1991 in N.S.W . Other branches soon followed around the country in V.I.C, W.A, S.A, Q.L.D, A.C.T, & T.A.S, . Members get together for monthly meetings, weekend rides, day rides, maintenance days ,ect. Members come from all walks of life and find a common bond in the Z's . Common problems and soulutions are disscused , as well as parts swapped, sold and purchased ect. Some branches even have some parts available as well as parafinalia such as t-shirts, stickers, metal badges, stubby coolers, key rings , ect. Members receive a membership card which can be produced at certain stores to gain a % discount on things such as tyres, chroming, spare parts, paint jobs, mechanical repairs, ect. Members also receive a monthly news letter from their respective state branch, and a National news letter issued every three months. These news letters include stories of runs and events , classified of sold and wanted, calendar of events , discount list, jokes, technical tips, presidents reports, ect. The Z series has become a much loved classic with some what of a cult following To become a member simply contact the nearest branch on the contact list . Fees vary from branch to branch .

Although the club was started for z900 and z1000 motorcycles only . In Western Australia we now allow all Z series motorcyles such as z400, z650, z750, z1000j, z1000r and z1300. Other later models, such as zzrs or zephars are not admitted
